We were VOTED the BEST BAR to Watch the 2014 World Cup In CALIFORNIA! by Buzzfeed, by Pinterest and by CBS Los Angeles.

The Cock ‘n Bull was the first bar to show live English soccer in the entire US. We have been showing live games since 1990.

1990 - Owner Tony Moogan from Liverpool, England bought the “Two Drops of Scotch” on Lincoln Blvd. and installed a huge satellite dish on the roof - Tony just happened to have a friend in England who was feeding live English First Division games to Australia, the friend gave him the secret coordinates and Tony was able pick up the first English league game shown in the US - and made American broadcasting soccer history. Richard Branson a die hard Crystal Palace fan watched one of the earliest broadcast matches.

1999 - Guardian UK newspaper article about soccer at the Cock n’ Bull
2002 - Awarded BEST soccer bar in US by Fox Soccer Channel
2006 - Feature article in the LA TIMES Calendar section
2007 - Pub of the Month in FFI Magazine (October)
